program goals:

Intermittent fasting is an ancient practice that modern science has shown to positively impact cellular renewal, disease prevention, blood sugar regulation, immunity, weight management, and much more!

One of the key differences between a supported fast, like the 7-Day Fresh Start, and independent intermittent fasting is the inclusion of supplements in your kit. All three of these products are highly anti-inflammatory, which is one reason you can expect to see excellent results. This is also why we don't suggest making this program a year-round, 365-day practice. Once a month or once a quarter is ideal. In between, consider incorporating the Daily Essentials bundle.

This program may be used alongside both the 30 Days to Healthy Living and Daily Essentials programs.

what to do:

Refrain from eating or drinking anything with calories during your fasting period, which is suggested to be 16 hours/day. For example, if you finish dinner at 7 p.m., you will refrain from eating until 11 a.m. the next morning.

  1. During your fasting window, in the morning, drink two servings of MCT Japanese ceremonial-grade green tea (included in your kit). For full details on this, see the guide! Either hot or cold is fine.

  2. Break your fast with the Golden Renewal Protein included in your kit. For full details on this protein, see the guide.

  3. For the rest of your eating period, choose nourishing, whole foods, but don't restrict calories. Experiment to see if two meals or one meal and one snack (after your shake) work best for your body. Not eating enough during the day is a common challenge, so be sure to pay attention to your hunger cues.

  4. Stop eating after dinner. We recommend an earlier dinner time to help maximize the benefits of this program, as well as make the fasting period feel easier.

  5. Take one OmniGut probiotic after dinner.

  6. Allow your gut to rest for 16 hours.
